WE MANAGE CHAOS

So it may seem at first glance, and it is precisely what any event is endangered to become without proper experience and attention. Our task is to prevent chaos. And we have been good at it since 2012.

These are three main tools Event Envoy uses to create an event. And we do it consistently, fast and impressively.

HOW IT WORKS?

First, we analyze: we delve into your business objectives, the features of the audience, the tasks to be performed and the goals to be achieved by the event. Then we develop an event concept that prescribes the form: location, program, visual identity and communications plan.

THE CORNERSTONE OF ANY EVENT IS THE PEOPLE

In our case, these are people with a special mindset. EVENT-thinking. It allows us to convert our knowledge and experience into bright and, most importantly, efficient events.

And we like the process itself. Damn like it!

It is our pleasure to recommend Event Envoy as a reliable service provider for organization of conferences and corporate events. In December 2019 Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH had the first and successful experience of cooperation with Event Envoy while organizing a corporate event in Kyiv for approximately 350 participants. We had a great opportunity to recognize the reliability and professionalism of the Event Envoy team and it was a pleasure for us to work together with Vitalii Kirichenko and Kateryna Grechana. We are glad to recommend Event Envoy. We were delighted to have an opportunity to hire Event Envoy for providing to us service of the event organization - the 10th European-Ukrainian Energy Day in honor of the 10th anniversary of the EUEA, a special event not only for EUEA members, but also for the entire energy sector.
10th European-Ukrainian Energy Day consisted of Strategic session with 250 participants, 2 panels, 14 most prominent speakers and moderators of RES and EE sector, almost 4 hours of discussion, and Solemn Reception at the end.
We are grateful to Event Envoy team and personally, to Vitalii Kirichenko, for their valuable contribution in success of our event. Their experience, initiative, enthusiasm, responsibility and thoroughness allow us to focus not on organizational matters, but on the main part of the event – guests and program.

In general I had a very good impression of your work and we were satisfied with the output. In the beginning it was a bit confusion, but once the two of us took over it seemed to be much smoother and clear. The preparation were done well, I felt comfortable that we would reach the number of journalists we wanted. Translation where good even though we had to change a couple of things, maybe Russian/Ukraine language difference. No big deal though. On the event preparations were well done. You and your colleague worked hard and stayed calm all the time. Number of journalists achieved. Only negative thing was that there was no TV. But I understand that its not the easiest and they decide short notice. Press kits were fine and so was the follow up. All in all I was very pleased with your service and would choose your agency again, no question.
